The tournament is organized by United for Social Justice (USJ), a non-profit organization that promotes higher education and healthy living among Northern Virginia high school students, especially those who come from low-income and at-risk households. We engage community leaders, young professionals, and college students in our efforts to prepare a new generation of young professionals to contribute to business and society.  USJ also wants its students to understand the importance of good mental and physical health.
